    • Discount coupons are time-bound and must be used within the specified validity period.
    • Coupons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
    • We are not responsible for issues related to third-party website links or payment failures.
    • Any failure of online payments made through third-party services or issues with banks is beyond our responsibility. For any failed payments, please contact your respective bank.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns: Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving them if they meet our return criteria (unopened, unused, and in original packaging). Change of Mind is not applicable.
  • Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets other return criteria.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customized or perishable items are non-refundable.
  • Discounted Purchases: If a purchase was made using a discount coupon, the refunded amount will only be the actual amount paid by the buyer, not including the discount value.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping for Damaged/Defective Products: We cover the shipping costs for defective or damaged product returns.
  • Late Return Requests: Return requests initiated after the return window expires will be automatically rejected by our system.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping provider.
  • Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are determined by our logistic partners and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Zones: We currently offer delivery within Nepal only.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping provider for further assistance.
  • Express or Same-Day Shipping: We rely on competent logistic partners to ensure the earliest possible delivery. Availability of express shipping depends on the logistics provider.
  • Tracking: Customers can track their orders through the 'Order' section of their account after the order has been shipped.
